EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please start an exchange or return in our return portal within 30 days of receiving the item.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item(s) for Store Credit or Exchange only through our returns portal. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is received.
If you purchased your item using a discount code, your store credit will reflect the final amount paid for that item (after discounts have been applied).
Conditions of Return
Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition, including:
* Unworn
* Unwashed
* Un-perfumed
* Free from make-up, deodorant, or fake tan marks
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the return postage cost if they did not opt in to Checkout+ at the time of purchase.
Final Sale Items
Any items marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit, unless deemed defective or faulty.
If you feel your item is faulty, please do not wear it, simply notify us straight away via email hello@heartlandandbaulch.com and we will amend the situation as soon as possible.
