All products sold on the Heartland and Baulch website are non refundable.
Please email email@example.com to request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
Once your item has been returned to us and quality checked we will send out a store credit the value of your item so you may re-purchase your exchange.
As our products often sell out we have no way of guaranteeing that your exchange will be available.
The customer will be responsible for paying to return their item and to resend the new item.
All sale items are sold as FINAL SALE. Absolutely no exchanges or returns. This is non negotiable.
Returns must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and be returned back to us within 15 days of you receiving the item.
We strongly advise using registered post when sending your item back for exchange, as we will not be held responsible for any lost items.
If you feel your item is faulty, please do not wear it as this can affect your right to a refund. Please notify us straight away via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend the situation as soon as possible.
