We ship express from Brisbane QLD Australia.

All Australian orders will be sent usually within 4 business days via the Australia post express service. We only ship via express post and offer this service as a flat rate of $11 per order for orders under $100 and FREE for orders over $100.

This service is trackable and requires signature on delivery to ensure your order arrives safely with you.

Your tracking number will be sent to you via the Heartland & Baulch order page, and also from Australia Post.

If you would like to request your parcel to be left safely at your location ( no signature required) you can do this via the email sent from Australia Post Tracking under the section ‘ Safe Drop’.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and tax fees within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Heartland and Baulch will declare the full value on all international orders and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

International orders will be sent either via DHL express which should deliver in 3-6 days after dispatch. Or by standard post which should be 8-12 days but could take 2-3 weeks depending on postal service delays.
